This course suggests approaches to understanding the usage and implementation of the artificial intelligence solutions that entail massive societal changes. AI is highly likely to modify the way we constitute our identity as human beings, it inevitably expands the scope of knowledge we have about reality. AI has already started altering the way we communicate, network and share information. All these changes make us review our perceptions on how we see ourselves and our role in the world. We are going to focus in the issues of responsibility and trust. By illustrations in health-related field we are going to find out peculiarities of medical decisions, evaluating care and ensuring further interaction. Of particular interest in this respect if the AI-driven social robots that make visible societal issues, modifications and ethics. The practice of medicine, being one of the most important for the society, as evolved as well as the torrent of the data, thus providing the opportunities to modify the current approaches in various dimensions, such as healthcare and medicine management, clinical practice and patients’ experiences.Globally, strategy on digital health development relies greatly on new technologies implementation in reducing costs, preserving the quality of care and overcoming inequalities, ensuring better health and patient outcomes. At the same time people are concerned about technologies that might take their jobs. Artificial intelligence proves to be one of the most promising domains worldwide. However, the hype around the concept provided the avalanche of potential technical solutions, however, without proper attention to the stakeholder analysis, ethics and bioethics involved. Needless to say, AI has turned and has already outlined its development as a social phenomenon with wide social, cultural, economic and political conditions by which it is shaped.AI provides human experience transformation, novelty in scientific discovery, modification of education and lifelong learning. Thus, essential is the discussion on perceptions of reality and humanity and a new human future. We will focus on the people’s understanding of the technologies, to find out the ways of communications that arises certain ethical issues. We will analyze the potential benefits of AI technologies and pay attention to the unintended consequences.
